2013 New Baking Classes 新年有新班

1)  1/19/13 1:30~3:30pm Chocolate Lava Cake and Almond Tiles 巧克力心太軟及杏仁瓦片

This is one of my favorite cakes. Warm dark chocolate flows out of a velvety flourless chocolate cake. It is a chocoholic's dream comes true.

Want to make a healthier snack? Almond tiles or crisp cookies might be a better choice. I'll show you how easy it is to make this crunchy and healthy snack from scratch.



2)  2/2/13 2/23/13 1:30~4pm French Macarons 馬卡龍

I once had a love/hate relationship with macarons: I loved them because they are so pretty and delicious, yet I hated them because they are not easy to make. Now I only love them and you can, too. By learning how to make them, you can play with all different flavors and colors, without paying premium prices at those fancy bakeries.


3)  3/2/13 3/9/13 1:30~3pm Cotton/Light Japanese Cheesecake 日式輕芝士蛋糕

I still remember how I was captivated by the first bite of this light cheesecake. The aroma of cheese and egg filled up my mouth and it is so light that it literally melts in my mouth. I think many of you would share my experience. In this class I will show you how to make this delicious cake and the technique to prevent it from shrinking after baking.
