Classes for Jan & Feb 2012





1) Due to popular demands, bo law bao 菠蘿包 class is back in 2012. This time char siu bao 叉燒包 is also on the menu.

Fee: $30  (recipes, class notes and all the ingredients are included)

Chinese New Year is around the corner. To start off the year of Dragon, some new classes on making Chinese pudding and pastry 中式糕點 will be offered:




2) Chinese New Year must haves: Turnip Pudding 蘿蔔糕 and Chinese Steamed Cake

3) Egg Tarts in Puff Pastry and Tart Crust 酥皮及撻皮蛋撻: two different crusts, same tasty tart.
